Greet the students along the outside wall before entering the classroom and start the pre- warm as they enter the room. Make sure your door is shut during class.

Warm - Up: While they march around the squares, tell them to do one of the following.
(Clap, stomp, snap, jump, ect.)
During the freeze they tell them to hum while they stretch.

Activity One: Transition to sit on yellow or blue squares and watch the video Keep lights on and remind students to remain seated and facing forward.

Remind them to show respect by not talking during the performance and clap at the end to show their appreciation.
