Greet the students along the outside wall before entering the classroom and start the pre- warm as they enter the room. Make sure your door is shut during class.
Pre - Warm up: Instruct them to march in a line following the squares on the carpet. Use the hand drum to keep a beat as have them do the following
- Pat legs, clap hands, jump up and down, repeat these 2x.
* Start the warm up video video while they are marching.

Warm - Up: While they march around the squares, remind them to pat their legs. Tell them freeze when they do the yoga moves.
Activity One: Watch this video and learn about the orchestra instruments. Keep lights on. Remind studnets to remain seated.

Remind them to show respect by not talking during the performance and clap at the end to show their appreciation.

Before handing out the instruments, tell them they must place their instrument on the ground before they begin. As you walk around with the metal can, only let them have one and only if they are sitting criss cross. Take up individule kids sticks if they use them wrong and have them pat their legs.
